NCTU-IITD is governed by a Joint Doctoral Program Committee (JDPC). A coordination committee sit under the JDPC and is tasked with responsibilities, including strategic oversight, operational management, quality assurance, students research related activities including research ethics and keep a check on relevant Taiwan and Indian government policies.
This program is running under the supervision of the head of the institutions.
To ensure the technical-administrative coordination of this program a committee has been appointed to provide solutions to all academic and administrative issues that may arise during the program.
To keep day to day student related activities well organised , JDP committee has appointed a coordination team.
